  • 1/2 cup of fresh cream
  • Chocolate shavings for decoration

Preparation method:

  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. Dissolve the instant coffee in 1 tablespoon of hot water and mix with the melted chocolate.
  3. Beat the egg whites, adding the sugar little by little, until firm peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream until it reaches whipped cream.
  5. Gently mix the whipped cream into the melted chocolate and then fold in the egg whites.
  6. Distribute into bowls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  7. Decorate with chocolate shavings before serving.
