Preparing the Recipe
In a large pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the popcorn corn and stir well to coat all the kernels with oil.
Cover the pan and wait until the first pops start to happen.
When the popping subsides, turn off the heat and leave the pan covered for a few more minutes to finish popping all the grains.
While the popcorn is popping, melt the butter in another pan over low heat.
Add the condensed milk to the melted butter and stir well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
When all the popcorn is ready, pour the condensed milk mixture over it, stirring carefully so that all the grains are well covered.
Let it cool a little before serving.
