Cooking Time
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel and chop the pineapple into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, yeast.
Add the wet ingredients: eggs, oil, pineapple.
Stir well until you get a homogeneous dough.
Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
